Check-in
Il check-in è di regola previsto nella fascia oraria dalle 14:00 alle 20,00 (eventuali arrivi in orari diversi potranno avvenire soltanto se preventivamene concordati)
In ogni caso, al fine di garantire la perfetta puntualità del servizio, gli ospiti sono pregati di confermare il loro arrivo un’ora prima dell’orario effettivo (ad es: dalla stazione ferroviaria o dall’aereoporto) mediante SMS al numero +393395692945
Al momento del chek in, infine:
a) ogni ospite della Casa Vacanze dovrà fornire un valido documento di identità (Passaporto, Carta d’Identità o Patente)
b) gli ospiti provvederanno al saldo di quanto dovuto per l’intero soggiorno (ove non preventivamente già versato). Il saldo non è dovuto per le prenotazioni effettuate tramite piattaforme che prevedono il pagamento anticipato dell’intero prezzo (es: Airbnb)
b) sarà consegnato un mazzo di chiavi (eventuali copie ulteriori saranno fornite a richiesta, ove possibile)
Permanenza:
All’interno della Casa Vacanze non sono ammessi animali ed è vietato fumare.
Non è ammessa la presenza di persone che non alloggino nella Casa Vacanze, se non espressamente autorizzate.
Nel rispetto dei residenti che abitano gli appartamenti adiacenti alla Casa Vacanze, si pregano gli ospiti di tenere un comportamento civile ed educato, evitando rumori molesti soprattutto nel primo pomeriggio e durante la notte.
N.B.: Si consiglia l’utilizzo della cassaforte messa a disposizione degli ospiti. Si declina in ogni caso ogni responsabilità per lo smarrimento, furto o danneggiamento di oggetti lasciati nell’appartamento e/o della cassaforte
Check-out
Il check-out dovrà avvenire il giorno della partenza entro le ore 11.00.
Gli ospiti provvederanno a riconsegnare le chiavi (in caso di smarrimento è previsto il pagamento del costo per la effettuazione di una nuova copia delle chiavi, pari ad € 50,00)
Gli ospiti sono pregati di segnalare eventuali danni arrecati agli arredi ed oggetti presenti della Casa Vacanze, la cui esistenza sarà comunque verificata insieme prima di salutarci
Eventuali danni, anche se emersi in un secondo momento, dovranno essere risarciti ed il relativo ammontare verrà determinato sulla base del costo per la sostituzione o riparazione di quanto risultasse danneggiato
Check in
Check-in is normally expected in the time period from 14:00 to 20.00 (any arrivals at different times can be achieved only if agreed in advance
In any case, in order to ensure the perfect punctuality of the service, guests are requested to confirm their arrival 1 hour before the actual time (eg: from the train station or airport) via SMS to the number +393395692945
Upon check in, finally:
a) each guest of the Holiday House will have to provide a valid identity document (passport, identity card or driving license)
b) guests will provide the balance of the amount due for the entire stay (if not already paid in advance). The balance is not due for reservations made through platforms that provide for advance payment of the full price (eg Airbnb)
b) will be given a set of keys (any further copies will be provided on request, where possible)
Stay:
Inside the Holiday House pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.
It is not permissible the presence in the house for people who do not accomodate in, unless expressly authorized.
In respect of the residents who live adjacent to the House, guests are asked to behave in a civil and polite way, avoiding loud noises especially in the early afternoon and overnight.
NB: We recommend the use of the safe box . In any case we decline any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of items left in the apartment and / or the safe box
Check out
The check-out must be done the day of departure by 11.00.
Guests will provide to return the keys (in case of loss is expected to pay the cost for making a new copy of the keys, which amounted to € 50.00)
Guests are asked to report any damage to the furniture and objects of the Holiday House, whose existence will still be tested together before saying goodbye
Any damage, although if later emerged, must be paid and the relevant amount will be determined based on the cost of replacing or repairing what is damaged
